And strengthen institutions.

The Arab Union for Human Resources Development was founded in 2008 in the belief that people are the foundation of development, and that investing in their knowledge, skills and creativity builds more effective institutions and stronger societies.

The Union works in training, qualification, consulting and institutional development, combining Arab expertise with modern applied knowledge. It serves government bodies, public and private organizations and universities through administrative and technical programmes, conferences, workshops and qualification pathways that respond to workplace needs.

Throughout its history, the Union has brought together leaders, experts and practitioners from Arab countries. Its activities have included meetings and participation by ministers, heads of government and institutional leaders, alongside professional and academic cooperation supporting the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
