From request to confirmed participation

A successfully submitted request is recorded and a reference is displayed.
Submission is complete when a save confirmation and reference appear. The result explains the email notification status; saving a request or mail-server acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. Submission does not confirm participation, pricing or a booking before the administration responds. The Union team will contact you to follow up on your request.
The administration reviews the request and confirms availability, dates, fees and arrangements in writing.
The site forms do not process a payment or automatically reserve a seat.
